1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kr99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kr99 website at kr99.app, including all associated services, games, payment facilities, and customer support channels.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the kr99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised version.

kr99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations will be communicated via the platform's notification system where reasonably practicable.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the removal of the severable clause.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the kr99 platform and all services offered therein — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and fishing arcade games — is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or playing any game on kr99. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use kr99.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on kr99 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts in another person's name — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not currently be subject to a voluntary or operator-imposed self-exclusion on kr99 or any affiliated platform. Players who have requested self-exclusion must not attempt to re-register or circumvent exclusion measures.
• Not a kr99 Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of persons employed by kr99 or its technology and game provider partners are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offers.

Age Verification

kr99 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the return of net deposits (minus any withdrawals already made) without payment of winnings.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of kr99 services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You further agree to update your account information promptly if it changes at any time.

Account Information Accuracy

All personal information submitted during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — must be truthful and accurate. kr99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with supporting documentation provided during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Any winnings generated from an account that used false registration information may be voided and withheld.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kr99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. kr99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

KYC Verification

kr99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before certain services — particularly withdrawals — are made available to your account. KYC documentation is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. kr99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification at any time.

• Accepted identity documents: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Accepted proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three months and showing your registered address.
• Accepted payment proof: Screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number and account holder name matching your kr99 registration details.

Account Currency

All kr99 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagering requirements displayed in your account will be expressed in BDT using the ৳ symbol or the "BDT" abbreviation. Transactions processed in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing; any conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers are the player's responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kr99 supports a range of payment methods designed to serve players across all divisions of Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your kr99 account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider. For bKash and Nagad transactions, this typically occurs within a few minutes of initiating the transfer. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. kr99 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. kr99 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment systems.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of 30 minutes to 4 hours for bKash and Nagad, subject to successful KYC verification and internal security checks. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. kr99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected. During any such review, the withdrawal will be placed on hold.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the kr99 account holder.
• Withdrawals cannot be made to a payment method that was not used for at least one qualifying deposit, unless approved by the kr99 compliance team.
• kr99 reserves the right to impose a minimum wagering requirement of 1x the deposit amount before a withdrawal can be processed, in cases where no genuine gameplay has occurred.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amount is subject to limits published in the payment section of your account dashboard.

Responsible Financial Use

Players are encouraged to set deposit limits from their account settings to manage their spending. kr99 does not extend credit to players under any circumstances. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method owned and operated by the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

5. Bonus & Promotions

kr99 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion in question, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence only for the matters they expressly address; these general Terms govern all other aspects.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are credited in BDT and applied to your kr99 bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses not fully wagered within the stated period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Only specific game types may contribute toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates applicable to each game type will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum bet per round while a bonus is active is ৳2,000 unless otherwise stated. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided, and winnings derived from such bets may be forfeited.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal use only. Transferring, selling, or sharing bonus funds with another player is strictly prohibited.

Abuse and Fraud

kr99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Players found to have engaged in any form of bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and their account suspended. kr99's determination in these matters is final.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the kr99 platform are supplied by licensed, internationally recognised third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface prior to play commencing.

Random Number Generation

All slot games and RNG-based table games on kr99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the player or by kr99. The certified RTP (Return to Player) rates for each game are set by the game studio and are not altered by kr99.

Live Casino Games

Live dealer games (including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, and game show titles) are streamed in real time from certified studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These games are subject to the rules and procedures established by the studio operator. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, the studio operator's records will be used to determine the outcome. kr99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical issues on the player's device or internet connection during a live game session.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on kr99 — including BPL cricket, IPL, ICC international fixtures, and football — are governed by specific sports betting rules available in the sportsbook section of the platform. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the odds at the time of placement apply. In-play bets are subject to live odds and may be suspended or settled early at kr99's discretion in accordance with the sportsbook rules.

Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, communication error, or any other technical fault that causes a game to produce an incorrect result, kr99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a clearly erroneous outcome — including but not limited to display errors, incorrect odds feeds, or software bugs — are not valid and will not be paid. kr99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical malfunctions promptly and fairly.

7. User Obligations

As a registered kr99 player, you agree at all times to comply with the following obligations. Failure to adhere to any of these obligations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances at kr99's sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: You must not use false identity information, stolen payment credentials, or any fraudulent means to access or benefit from kr99 services.
• Money Laundering: The kr99 platform must not be used to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. All deposits must originate from legitimate, personally owned payment sources.
• Collusion: In multiplayer games or sports betting markets, you must not collude with other players, use insider information, or engage in any form of match-fixing or bet manipulation.
• Automation and Bots: You must not use automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the kr99 platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Reverse Engineering: You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or replicate any part of the kr99 software, game systems, or security infrastructure.
• Exploiting Vulnerabilities: If you discover any error, bug, or vulnerability in the kr99 platform that could allow unfair advantage, you must notify our support team immediately and must not exploit it. Exploitation of known or discovered vulnerabilities is a material breach of these Terms.
• Abusive Conduct: You must not engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward kr99 staff or other players in any communication channel, including live chat and email.

Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that the outcomes of games on kr99 are determined by chance (or in the case of sports, by real-world events). You agree to use kr99's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, time-out, and self-exclusion features — if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. kr99 strongly encourages all players to gamble within their personal financial means and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Either party — you or kr99 — may initiate the closure of your player account, subject to the conditions described below.

Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your kr99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat inside your account dashboard. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any active bonus balances or pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real-money balances at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to stop gambling on kr99 for a defined or indefinite period, you may request a self-exclusion via our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive promotional communications from kr99. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool and its misuse — including requests to lift a self-exclusion prematurely — will be handled with care and in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.

Suspension or Closure by kr99

kr99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities
• Use of prohibited automation tools or bots
• Abusive conduct toward kr99 staff or other players
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kr99 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeframe via the registered email address or live chat where practicable. Accounts confirmed to have breached these Terms will be permanently closed and any balances associated with the breach may be forfeited. Real-money balances not directly associated with any breach will be returned after investigation where applicable.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account for any reason, your right to access the kr99 platform and all associated services terminates immediately. Clauses in these Terms that by their nature should survive closure — including dispute resolution, liability limitations, and intellectual property provisions — shall continue to apply following the termination of your account.
